We are currently recruiting for Support Workers (Emergency Relief Panel) for our Residential Service. These post are to cover the emergency situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic. You would be required to work hours assigned to you as designated by your manager in line with service needs and in accordance with the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2018. The purpose of the role is to support residents in their daily life, working with a Multi-Disciplinary approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Leaving certificate.
- Level 5 QQI Qualification in Health Care.
- Minimum 6 month working in a similar role working w/adults with an intellectual disability.
- A good level of administrative skills.
- A good level of IT skills.
- A full clean Irish/EU Driving Licence
A strong commitment to caring and an empathetic understanding of those with an intellectual disability are essential attributes for this role. The successful candidate will need great people skills, be flexible and have experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
